The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Bhopal branch organised a campus recruitment programme on Tuesday.
The programme was organised under the aegis of the Board of Studies ICAI, New Delhi. The recruitment programme was held for Articleship Training for CA students.
During the programme the experts from CA firm gave a brief introduction and told the students about the field of specialization of students. Prior to the programme the chairman of ICAI Bhopal branch Sourabh Shrivastava welcomed the students. later CA Anshul Agarwal informed the students about the selection process.
As many as 12 CA firms of the city were present during the programme to recruit the students. Moreover, as many as 30 students participated in the recruitment programme. The students after introducing themselves expressed their views and future endeavours with each other.
“The object of program is to provide a platform to the firms of Chartered Accountants having vacancies for Articled Assistants. The firms through the recruitment programme shortlist eligible students for selection of articled assistants and call them for interview and issue offer letter immediately,” informed chairman of ICAI Bhopal branch Sourabh Shrivastava. The students attended the programme were very happy and expected from the branch to have more such programs in future.
Shrivastava further informed that this was the first ever programme held at Bhopal. The Bhopal branch ICAI officials also participated in the programme.
