Arshi was in Bhopal on Monday. During her visit, she talked about Bigg Boss season 11 and about her other projects. While talking to media persons, Arshi also talked about her wrong image portrayed in the media during Bigg Boss 11.
While in a candid talk with the media persons, Arshi said, “I wanted to change my image. Sometimes media portray wrong news as it was done during a video that went viral on internet about Salman Khan.” Elaborating further, she said, “We had made a fun plan to annoy Salman which went viral and created negative image.”
On asking about her bold scenes, Arshi said that television and film industry are both different poles. “In movies an actor has to showcase some nudity it is really important for him or her.” Elaborating on this, she said, “But I had different opinions. I wanted to tell people with narrow mind that wearing small cloths doesn’t makes a person characterless.”
On asking as this was the publicity stunt, Arshi replied, “I am the TRP.” Artists have to show their work in different clothes. If there is a show on any international platform I would definitely wear sari and bindi. I will present my India, she added.
She further said that she has learnt a lot from Bigg Boss. “The show is not scripted, we tend to do thing according to the situation,” she added.
On Google’s ranking her as second best entertainer, Arshi said, “I played natural and so I was ranked second best entertainer by Google.”
Talking about future ventures, she said, “I want to work in the international industry. I have done many serials now and many of my web series is also in the pipeline.”
