Huge turnout for NaMo at plant inauguration

A large number of people gathered at Makwa–Mewar’s frontier region Bhagwanpura to witness Gujarat Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi who was in Madhya Pradesh to inaugurate the country’s biggest solar power plant.

Though the occasion was the release of 130 Megawatt solar power plant but the huge turnout was only to see and listen Modi.Thousands of people present in the public meeting held on the occasion were chanting Modi – Modi. Modi also sensed the public mood and while addressing the crowd said, “Wherever I go people tell me their problems and hand over memorandums. This makes it clear that the people of India have understood that who would address their problems in the future.”

Modi and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan who was the host on this occasion were adorned with silver crown considered as the pride of Malwa and Mewad. The highlight of the programme was that both Modi and Chouhan praised each other.Chouhan in his address many a times said that if Modi becomes the future prime minister then the State would get bumper assistance from the Centre.

While Modi praising Chouhan said that the MP Chief Minister has pulled out the State from the tag of ‘BIMARU’ and made the people of the State proud. Chouhan has won the hearts of people of the State through his development works, Modi added.

The district administration also organised ‘Aao Madhya Pradesh Banayen and Antyodaya’ fair on the occasion of the release of the country’s biggest solar power plant but nothing could be held except for the speech of Modi and Chouhan.

It was clearly visible that the crowd present on the occasion has nothing to do with the achievement of the State in the field of solar power and that they were interested only in Modi. In any case the region is known as the nursery of Sangh and the magic of Modi was seen at its best in the region.
