Misrod police have booked an employee of hotel at Hoshangabad road for sodomising his junior employee on January 31, accused continued to sexually and mentally harass victim.
A complaint was lodged by the victim after he braved to approach police after 7 days of the incident and facing continuous atrocity.
The accused Ajay Mihana is senior employee of Spice Land restaurant and hotel and used to intimidate and bully junior employees of the hotel.
The victim in his complaint stated that he was at his room at around 10 in the night accused came and by threatening sexually assaulted him. The accused threatened him to keep mum.
Victim reported the incident to owner Sameer Rai who asked not to report incident as it would tarnish hotel’s image.
The owner was contacted by the police who revealed that the accused was not in hotel. Police have started search for the accused.
According to the police, the victim informed owner still no action was taken while the accused continued to harass him and defame him at the hotel and after a week victim lodged complaint.
After the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 377 of the IPC and started further investigation.
The police found that Sameer look after the hotel who is owned by a his father a retired doctor from Hamidia hospital.
