A help desk based on the theme one stop solution is inaugurated at Indore RTO office by the senior citizens for the help of people who are coming to RTO office for different types of work.
If any applicant comes at RTO office and if wants to get any information regarding his concerned work he can come to this help desk where he will come to know where the forms are available and where the concerned clerk is sitting also a map is also placed at the entry point which will indicate which section or which side of the building he has to go for his work also a wheel chair is made available at the RTO office for the help of handicap people.
This help desk facility is started all over MP including Indore on the instruction of commissioner transport department Mukesh Jain and on this occasion RTO Indore Jitendra Raghuvanshi, ARTO Archana Mishra, ARTO Hridesh Yadav and ARTO Nisha Chouhan were present. On this occasion a plantation was also done by the senior citizen who inaugurated the help desk.
A memento was also presented to the senior citizen Vijay Prakash Soni and also the lady who inaugurated the help desk.
