To provide best-in-class cutting edge facilities to the resident of the city and nearby areas, New Delhi based HCMCT Manipal Hospitals on Wednesday launched Neurosurgery OPD Service. The OPD will be held at Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology Clinic on Friday 10 AM-2 PM.
Launch the service in a virtual press conference, son of the soil and internationally recognised Neurosurgeon Dr. Anurag Saxena, HoD, Neurosurgery, HCMCT Manipal Hospitals said, Being a local and MBBS from Indore, I am aware of fully aware of the medical needs of the residents of the city.
For quality treatment and care, they have to travel long distances. I do visit here regularly but now we are launching regular Specialty OPD which aims to provide greater access to best-in-class treatment and care for neuro surgical disorders relate to brain and spine to the residents of the city and nearby areas.
The OPD will allow people to save time and money that are incurred in travelling to long distances such as Delhi or Mumbai for quality treatment. Now only those critical patients who require high-end complex surgeries would require coming to our Hospital in New Delhi or any other Super Specialty in the country, added Dr Saxena who is a highly qualified and trained brain and spine surgeon with 20 years of national and international experience in his field. He was also associated with Apollo Hospital, Indore earlier.
Dr Saxenas fields of expertise include micro-neurosurgery, minimally invasive brain, and spine surgeries, neuro-oncology (brain and spine tumors) endoscopic brain and spine surgeries among others.
