A youth Ashwini Shrivastava, who could not complete his MTech, became hardcore criminal only in few years after he was falsely implicated in criminal cases by his girlfriend’s uncle- RK Raghuwanshi, who is working with the Railway Police.
Nobody can judge through his appearance that Ashwini has committed thousands of crimes and he is the mastermind of several thefts. He speaks English frequently and no one can judge him that he is the main person, who fled away with the stolen articles from VIP coaches.
Ashwini told police that in 2009, he has involved with a girl and later, the matter went upto the marriage but his uncle Raghuwanshi, who was posted in Gwalior in 2009 as police inspector with Railway police, did not like the relationship.
The girl has decided to elope with him but her uncle had lodged two false complaints and sent him to jail. He was disappointed when he was sent to jail during his MTech studies. He decided to form this gang in jail and targeted the AC coaches.
Till now, Ashwini is unable to recall as how many times he has committed the crime. Around 500 mobiles, laptop and so many suitcases he has stolen from different trains. He has said that where the girlfriend’s uncle is posted there he has committed so many crimes.
Ashwini has been sent to jail three times and every time, he has developed new gangs to commit the crimes. His main target was to develop his relations with notorious criminals. This time, he has appointed Sonu Pal from Birla Nagar, who is the bootlegger.
When police has opened the flat in Windsor Hills they were stunned seeing 35 suitcases, a lot of clothes and other valuables. Criminals have taken two flats in Windsor hills. Out of one flat his parents were residing.
According to Surendra Singh Sikarwar, in-charge of GRP police station, he has to unveil so many things from the criminals and the stolen things, which were kept in the flat we have to find out the owner also.
