A 25-year-old youth was beaten to death by two labourers of an under construction building at 12 no. stop on Sunday; the deceased used to threaten and abuse them, earlier he used to work as security guard with the same building.
The youth was murdered by two laborers in an under construction buidling near number 12 of Habibganj area. The young man used to go to the laborers under the influence of alcohol and would abuse and threaten them everyday.
On Sunday, there was a dispute regarding this matter. The dispute escalated so much that the workers attacked him with a wooden log. The police interrogated the suspected laborers who confessed to killing the youth.
Habibganj police station In-charge Manish Raj Bhadauria said that 25-year-old Rahul Piplode alias Kalla, a resident of Indra Nagar Shahpura, used to work as a security guard in an under construction building at number 12.
On Sunday Rahul reached in the afternoon. He abused the workers and returned again in the evening and started abusing the workers. The laborers working at the site Soni Vishwakarma, Nafees protested but Rahul continued and the dispute turned violent as the two attacked Rahul with a wooden log.
The police reached the spot and found Kalla in an unconscious state. Later he was declared dead when he was taken to hospital.
Preliminary investigation by the police revealed that Kalla was already having a dispute with some laborers working in the under construction building. For this reason he left the job of security guard. The police gathered information from the laborers and found that Soni Vishwakarma, Nafees has committed the murder.
