Hanumanganj police arrested an accused from Dewas who abducted the victim and sexually assaulted her in Bhopal, father of accused was also arrested.
The victim filed a report against accused Sahil Mansuri that Sahil had asked her to marry him, but when the family members were not ready for marriage, Sahil kidnapped her and brought her to Bhopal to get married and physically assaulted her and exploited her.
The victim, a resident of Dewas, returned to Dewas and lodged a case based on which Dewas police registered a case under section 366,376(1) of the IPC. After registering the FIR the case diary was transferred to Hanumanganj police. The accused Sahil was arrested along with his father as he also supported his son in committing the crime. Statements were recorded under section 109, 506 of IPC in the case when the victim told the father of the accused, Daulat Mansuri he threatened her.
Meanwhile Hanumanganj police arrested the absconding accused who committed an unnatural act with a Raisen resident, three accused committed unnatural sex with the victim, two of them were arrested earlier while the third one went absconding and was nabbed on Thursday.
The victim, a resident of Raisen , had filed a report against the accused Shadab, Kunji, Bittu Bhaiya alias Mayank Jain for committing an unnatural act based on case under section 377 and 506 of the IPC.
In the case, accused Kunjilal alias Kunji Hammal and Shadab Ali were arrested. Accused Mayank Jain alias Bittu Bhaiya was absconding after the report was lodged.
