Habibganj police have arrested a bar bouncer who first frightened the employees of the finance company at knife point and kept over 60 employees captive, accused threatened the manager of Divisional Manager at Mahindra Finance at their office in Kartar building on Friday.
The accused identified as Badshah claimed to have over half a dozen murders in viral video of the ruckus created at the office.
A beer bar bouncer, who reached the office of Mahindra Finance, operated in Kartar Building in Habibganj took 50-60 employees hostage at knifepoint. He threatened the divisional manager of the finance company by waving a sharp edged weapon.
The police reached the information of the incident and took the accused into custody.
Shivendra Singh Baghel, a resident of Avadhpuri, is the Divisional Manager at Mahindra Finance.
He said that Mahindra Finance's office is currently operating in Kartar building opposite Habibganj railway station. Now preparations are being made to shift it to Ashima Mall. The office staff was busy shifting at 11 am on Friday.
Then Shubham alias Badshah Thakur, the bouncer of the beer bar (jackpot) owned by the building owner, reached there. He stood in front of the gate waving a knife and closed the office gate from outside.
Then he started waving a knife and said that if the office is vacated he will disturb everyone.
During this, 60 employees including the manager were present in the office.
