The diesel engine of Gwalior Damoh Passenger derailed on Sunday morning in loco line No. 2. On receipt of information the technical staff of Railway reached the spot. The Gwalior Damoh Passenger starts from Gwalior at 8.30 am. The engine needed fuelling up on diesel at 6.00 am on its return.
The station management reached the spot and called the technical staff. Two hours later, the engine was put on the rail and was sent to the loco for examination.
The Railways management has started enquiry into the accident. Initially thederailment occurred due to fracture on the rail.
