Noted social activist and senior journalist from Gwalior, Keshav Pandey was on Monday honored with the Man of the Media Award. The award was presented to him during the 33rd annual conference of the Jan Parishad, held at the State Museum Jan Jatiya Sangralay at Bhopal.
The Chief Guest of the program was Justice I S Srivastava. Speaking on the occasion Justice Srivastava said that there is a need to amend many of the legal rules and acts in India and opined that social organizations like the Jan Parishad should come forward to create awareness about this issue. Asst. Lokayukt A S K Palon and President of the Jan Parishad, former DGP N K Tripati also spoke on the occasion.
During the function, Justice I S Srivastava, Hitesh Bajpai, Sunil Tiwari from Itarsi, Dr RS Vijayavargiya, Durga Prasad Soni, Avadesh Bhargav, Dharmendra Singh Takur, Ashok Gautam, K P Agnihotri and Sanjay Dwivedi were also honoured.
The meeting was also attended by IAS, Ajatashatru Srivastava, G P Srivastava and Manoj Srivastava among others.
