A school student has claimed other teachers used to provoke to assault guest teacher who committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling on October 14 in Harrakheda village.
Akash Yadav used to work as guest teacher at Government Arvind Bhargava Higher Secondary School in Harrakheda village of Gunga police station area.
The student claimed that teacher Chhagan Lal used to provoke students saying that if teacher Akash Yadav is seen, he should be assualted. He also used to instigate other students to beat Akash Sir.
Based on the new revelations Gunga police station are preparing to register a case of abetment to suicide under section 306 of the IPC.
It is being claimed that statements of more than half a dozen people have been recorded so far. This includes villagers including school children and fellow teachers. As soon as the FIR was registered, all three teachers including the school principal went underground whose name was written by deceased Akash in the suicide note.
Guest teacher Akash Yadav used to teach in this school. This was his first job, leaving his family in Ashok Nagar.
Akash was a guest teacher at the school and was living in a rented house near the school. On Saturday when he failed to reach school last his fellow teachers found him hanging at his house.
In the suicide note, the guest teacher has written that the principal wants to appoint his brother-in-law in his place. Guest teachers Chhaganlal Shah and Narendra Dubey, along with the principal, are mentally torturing them. Guest teacher Chhaganlal argues with me. He has also lodged a false FIR. At the time of joining the principal had asked for bribe from me. He also demands bribe from other teachers and harasses them. Salary has not been received even for three months. Principals Shriprakash Vijayvargiya and Narendra Dubey and Chhaganlal Shah are responsible for extreme step.
