Grand finale to Maffick 2015 fest

Maffick 2015 was all about dance, fun and various astonishing events that concluded here on Friday. The event had a grand closure with a rock band performance ‘Anhad’. later, a splendid live performance was given by Agnee Band. Notably, Anhad was a soft music competition for the semi-professional musicians where the participants gave mesmersing performances. The competition further aimed to find the best creative compositional and reproduction skills irrespective of any language. It was an extravaganza for the participants as well as the audience.

The grand closure became even more enjoyable with the live performance by Agnee Band. As they played the deeply rooted Indian sound, hummable tunes and live wire performances, the audience could not stop themselves from tapping the feet. Further, final round of Band Bajaa Barat was also held and the students danced to the wedding tunes till they got tired. The students were dressed in wedding costumes and danced to the fullest.

This was not all, but the students also presented their talent in the solo competition War Street. This competition became the most likeable attraction of the cultural fest Maffick. Also the finale of Movie Making and Artist Show was also held.

Further, the finale of fashion show stole away the show. With the colourful and sparkling dresses and different themes the students gave splendid performances. later, the finale of Mr and Miss Maffick competition was also held for which the students cleverly performed each task. The grand cultural fest Maffick 2015 was organised by Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, Central Asia’s largest cultural fest Maffick 2015 from Wednesday that would continue till Friday. Further, the event was organised and managed by MANIT Students’ Council 2014-2015. This year the theme of the fest is Fiesta De Comico which is all about events based on happiness and jesting. The fest came to an end with the prize distribution.
