Government employees working in the state of Madhya Pradesh have got a big gift. The state government has made a change in the rules of government jobs, clearing the way to pay the full salary of the employees. It is being considered a big decision of this government. Under this, the rules of probation period have been amended in the matter of paying salaries to the employees.
The employees getting new appointments will benefit from the rules changed by the state government. Now these employees will get full salary and will get it from the day they are appointed. In the last 3 years, more than 5 thousand employees have been appointed in the state. Under the old rule, they did not get full salary, after changing the rule, their 100 percent salary will now be credited in their account.
In fact, in 2019, the Kamal Nath government had extended the probation period of newly appointed employees. Along with this, there was a provision to give 70 percent minimum pay-scale salary to the employees in the first year of appointment, 80 percent in the second year and 90 percent in the third year. In this way, these employees used to get full salary from the fourth year of their service.
As per rules, the probation period is two years which starts with the appointment itself. As soon as the appointment is made, the employee gets a salary from the first month itself but it is not complete. His full salary is paid only after the completion of the probation period. More than 5 thousand employees working in the state will be benefited by the news of the amendment in the rules of the government, as well as all the employees who are recruited in the coming time will also get its benefit.
