Goods worth Rs 1 lakh were burgled from a factory at JK Road under Piplani police station area on Monday.
According to the police, the victim Rajkumar Bacchani found that the raw material and cartoons used for packing were burgled from the company.
The victim lodged a complaint regarding burglary at the factory of Yash Cube India Pvt ltd on Monday and in his complaint the victim stated that the raw material and cartoons used for packing the materials were burgled from the factory on February 11. The total loss in the burglary is around Rs 1 lakh claimed the victim.
In the initial investigation it was found that the miscreants entered the factory premises without breaking the locks and escaped with the goods. The miscreants were aware of the goods which helped them in the entry and easy escape with the goods.
Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 457 and 380 of the IPC and have started further investigation. The victim Rajkumar Bacchani is a resident of TT Nagar.
The employees of the factory who work for the victim and employees who have worked for the victim would be questioned in the further investigation.The CCTV footages of the nearby installed CCTV cameras would be searched which could help in establishing the identity of the miscreants and nab them. The firm Yash Cube India Pvt ltd is involved in manufacturing of bottles.
