Extending greetings on Wildlife Conservation Week to state’s people, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that it is a good opportunity to re-dedicate ourselves to our duty towards conservation of environment and wildlife. Chouhan said that Wildlife Conservation Week is held every year from October 1 to 7 to renew our love and dedication towards wildlife.
Chouhan said that Earth caters to basic needs of all including human beings. Encroachment on natural habitats of wildlife and wanton exploitation of natural resources have emerged as a major challenge for last several decades. Its solution lies in balance and coordination between sustainable utilisation of natural resources and environmental conservation. It is possible only when we are alert and well wishers of wildlife and natural resources.
