Eintkhedi police acted swiftly and due to the prompt action girl kidnapped from Karond Khrud was rescued within 2 hours and arrested the accused on Tuesday.
In compliance with the instructions given by the senior officers for speedy disposal of the crime against the girl child, on the November 8, the complainant's guardian took immediate action after they found kidnapping of his minor girl from the house located at village Karondkhurd and lodged complaint with the Eintkhedi police station.A police team was constituted and the girl was rescued from the adjoining area of the police station and arrested the accused identified as Mangal Singh Kushwaha (22).
After raiding based on technical evidence and information by locals the girl was found to be captivated in Dupadia under Gunga police station area.
The accused was taking the kidnapped girl with the promise of marriage on the pretext of marriage and has established an illicit physical relationship with the girl in the past by luring her of marriage.
