The police have recovered a diary of the notorious gangster Harendra Singh Rana that exposes a big criminal alliance of gangsters exposing the criminals of Gwalior and UP region.
The crime branch had claimed to kill Dharmendra alias Tinkal in an encounter and exposed the conspiracy of witnesses of gangster Harendra Rana.
According to the police, Dharmendra has been meeting Harendra Rana regularly in Farrukhabad jail in UP. Thereafter, the crime branch took him on protection warrant and interrogated. The criminal had hidden a diary containing full details of accounts of the miscreants and their associates. The crime branch recovered the diary from him.
It is stated that diary contains details of crime network. Police are now preparing to burst the nexus.
Harendra told that when he was in Farrukhabad jail, Dharmendra used to meet him. It also came to notice that he was operating mobile in jail and was continuously in contact with Dharmendra. Dharmendra told Sonu Gautam and Harendra to eliminate witnesses.
For this Dharmendra received eight weapons and Rs 50,000 in cash. Harendra said that he knew Dharmendra only by the name of Tinkal. He was in contact with Manish Koli and Deepak Jat. Manish with laloo Koli were planning to kill the witnesses in central jail. Harendra and Dharmendra were given the task to eliminate witnesses.
Additional SP Crime Branch Pratibha Mathew said that police have recovered a diary from Harendra containing his connections and future planning. During interrogation he said that Dharmendra was in his regular contact and had taken eight weapons and Rs 50,000 in cash to kill the
witnesses.
