Gandhi Nagar police have nabbed two miscreants planning burglary at Sagar Bungalow in the night on Sunday; two miscreants managed to escape in the dark, police have started searching for the accused.
Acting on a tip off regarding miscreants planning, a burglary team was rushed to spot near Government High School and found four persons. Two persons were nabbed while two managed to escape in the dark. The arrested were identified as Sohail Baccha and Rohit while the two absconded were identified as Tarun and Rohit Kaku.
The house at Sagar bungalow was the target of the accused but before they could commit crime they were nabbed by the police. Sohail Baccha holds a past crime record.
Police have nabbed three miscreants planning burglary and recovered torch, iron rods and ropes from their possession. Police said that acting on a tip off three miscreants were nabbed and when they were quizzed they confessed that they were planning burglary.
On the receipt of the information police team rushed to the spot and raided the spot where the four were planning. After spotting police the they tried to escape but were chased and police managed to nab two of the miscreants from the spot.
The crime record of the four would be searched. After the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 401 of the IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act. Police said that during the interrogation more crimes would be confessed by the nabbed accused.
