A close friend of 21-year-old girl student of Polytechnic who committed suicide on May 7 was booked of abetment to suicide by Piplani police on Tuesday; friend’s marriage dejected the deceased and she committed suicide said the police.
Police have found Aman Beg was in relationship with the deceased Khushbu Vishwakarma for the past six months and few days ago when the deceased found that Aman would marry another girl she committed suicide.
The deceased who committed by hanging with the ceiling at her residence in Ajanta Complex in Indrapuri on May 7 was pursuing her studies from Sardar Vallabhai Patel Polytechnic College, Bhopal.
In the initial investigation no suicide note was found by the police but in the further investigation when other details of the record of the victim were searched and her friends and classmates were quizzed it was found that she was in relationship with some youth but was not clear
about the youth. later the youth was identified as Aman Beg who was among the friends of the deceased who took her to hospital.
Police said that the details of Aman have been searched and he would be nabbed soon.
After the deceased came to know about the marriage of Aman she used to remain depressed and later took the extreme step. It was also found that the accused had a fight with the deceased and he had slapped her during the fight.
The police have registered a case under section 306 of the IPC against the accused. No arrest was made till the filing of report.
