While addressing the patients at the hospital, Dr Bhargava said that junk food, deep fried food, unhealthy lifestyle, day to day stress, problems due to profession, continuous sitting, absence of physical activities, blood sugar, blood pressure, blood cholesterol and genetic problems are some of the major causes which results in the heart attack and heart related diseases.

He further informed that men are more prone to heart attack compared to women because estrogen hormone prevents them from heart attack but this condition prevails in women before menopause, post menopause women are equally prone to heart attack like men.

The service of the pacemaker is maximum 10 years and it varies on the usage of the pace maker with different patients. The pacemaker should not be reused in other patient. Heart attack in the patient suffering from sugar diseases comes without pain. As due to sugar the nerves are damaged and they could not conduct the signal of pain. 0.5 to 2 volt current is needed by the heart in every heartbeat, he further informed.

He further informed about the blood pressure ratings and how the low or high BP should be controlled to avoid causing heart diseases. He said that the heart muscle has highest endurance than other muscle of the bodies as the muscle of other body parts gets the time to rest but the heart never rests. During the camp more than 500 patients were checked free of cost for heart related diseases.
