An Eye and Dental check-up camp was organized by Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital at Ekant park here on Monday. As many as189 patients were examined and treated for eye and dental diseases.
Among the eye patients, 102 persons were found effected from Refraction error and they were advised to use specs regularly. while 15 patients were found suffering from cataract, those were advised to reach to Sewa Sadan and get their cataract operated.
Dentist Dr. Komal Daswani examined and consulted 102 dental patients. Those patients were advised to clean their teeth properly and get the decayed teeth removed. On this occasion, doctors and health workers also checked blood pressure and diabetes of all the people. Out of them blood pressure and diabetes of 40 persons were found to be higher than the standards.
An Ophthalmologists Dr. Aishvarya Raguwanshi, Senior optometrists Eash Choubey examined the eyes of the patients. On this occasion, Trustee of Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital Suresh Awatramani, Hospital Manager Bharti Janiyani, Dentists Dr. Komal Daswani and Dr. Roshni Gyanchandani were also present.
