A Bangladeshi woman was found in an unconscious state in Dadar Amritsar Express on Monday by GRP Bhopal. The police said she was gang raped by four miscreants in Kalyan.
After receiving the information, GRP Bhopal police acted swiftly and took the woman to Hamidia hospital where she informed the police about the heinous act by four miscreants, who dumped her in Dadar Amritsar Express and later, escaped from the train.
Station House Officer of GRP Bhopal police station Dushyant Joshi said a woman was recovered in an unconscious state and was rushed to a nearby hospital where she remained unconscious on Monday.
When the victim regained consciousness, she claimed that she hails from Bangladesh and has a son. In her country, she was sold and later, was forced into flesh trade.
later, she was brought to Mumbai and was gang-raped by four miscreants and dumped in the train.GRP police have claimed that the investigation has been started into the matter. After the victim would regain health, she would be accompanied to Mumbai for helping in the investigation.
The police claimed that the woman identifies the four by face and she was taken in the name of treatment, but was later, raped by them.
During the initial investigation, police have found that the victim eloped with her lover around three months ago and reached Mumbai and later, she was trapped in the flesh trade.
The police have registered case against the four unidentified miscreants and have started investigation into the matter.
GRP police kept mum on the matter till Wednesday and revealed the case on Wednesday, which suggests that the police were not willing to provide the details of the case.
