The Congress party has said that the insensitive statements of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders over the mega-scam of the country reflect only the saffron party’s desperation.Former leader of Opposition in Madhya Pradesh assembly Ajay Singh in a statement here on Tuesday said, “The insensitive statements of the BJP leaders over country’s biggest educational and recruitment scam only reflect saffron party’s desperation. After the Supreme Court order for CBI inquiry of the VYAPAM scam the BJP leaders are seeing their ground slipping away and that is why they are doing unrestrained moaning.”
Singh further said that BJP state president’s statement that he does not have any regret over the VYAPAM scam and BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya’s statement that this is small thing are cruel joke with lakhs of students of the State. Besides, these statements show that how insensitive and bigger scamsters are BJP leaders, he added.He said that though this is the only mega-scam that has come to the fore during the past ten years and many more would come in the public soon as this Government has done many scams and has managed to hide them till now.
He said that despite defaming Madhya Pradesh globally through the mega-educational and recruitment scam the BJP leaders are trying to justify their black deeds through odious and heinous efforts. The BJP state president and national general secretary should apologized from the youth of state who have been deprived of their right and by believing on them are behind the bars, he added.The former leader of opposition said that the small and petty thinking of the BJP leaders over the biggest ever scam of the country in the field of education and recruitment in Government jobs in an attempt to mislead the people of the State.
