Forest Fed official takes up cudgel against Dept orders

Published on:

In a letter to Additional Principal Secretary (Forest) Deepak Khandekar Additional Managing Director MP State Minor Forest Produce Federation (Ext.) Azad Singh Dabas has demanded to revoke disciplinary action against him on Monday.

Dabas has raised demand of dismissal of orders of Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (PCCF) given on confidential reports submitted by employees and officials during the year 2014-15 while Dabas was Chief Conservator of Forest of Sagar circle.

Notably the PCCF issued orders declaring the confidential reports null and void.

The demands were raised by Dabas by claiming himself as ‘Karm Satyagrahi’ and claimed that the whole scenario changed after a letter was written by him to PCCF for selection of suitable officer for the post of PCCF.

Raising suspicion over the officials of the department he claimed that the action against him is a conspiracy and the action is biased. He termed it as ‘murder’ against natural justice.

The reason of action in haste has been done due to the retirement of PCCF in May and APCCF in June.

He alleged that even after providing evidences against the employees and officials involved in fabricating him no action was taken against them but the orders of disciplinary action was maintained which proves the ill intentions of the department which is working maliciously against him and which is extreme level of negligence and trying to take every possible action against him. The culprit employees and officials would escape which would which is really unfortunate.

Dabas has also provided the copies of letter to Chief Secretary of Chief Minister, Chief Secretary and PCCF and other officials.
