The festival is organized by Saghan Society for Cultural and Welfare, in collaboration with Ministry of Culture, New Delhi, Government of India.

Shabri was directed by Rachna Mishra and Devi Singh Kaun was directed by Manoj Mishra.

Shabri begins with introducing Lord Rama. Lord Rama accepted the life of 14 years of forest dweller in order to outline the life form of nature and the people of nature. During the Leela, Lord Rama described the love of monkeys during his leela to find the mother Sita, the love of the animals, the friend Nishadraj Kewat who got him across the Ganges. This Leela was done to reflect an ideal form of Lord Rama.

It was during this Leela that the form of the ideal Ramraj was established. Shabari has a meaningful Pratiksha, which waits while singing bhajans of Lord Rama according to the orders of his Guru. At the end, the vision of God is received in the form of a real ideal person.

Next play was, Devi Singh Kaun. It surrounds the character Devi Singh. Singhwho is a humble artisan of amazing organizational ability The play is based on the conversation between the factory manager and the agent of the intelligence agency.

The role of the agent in the story tells what will be the flow of the story, whom I have come to meet. And after meeting the manager, the manager tells the problems of himself and his factory, as there were many labor unions in the factory before Devi Singh's arrival but since Devi Singh has come.

The labor unions in the factory are decreasing and now there is only one left, draws the agent's attention to many such problems and also tells about the work done by him and his failures to avoid Devisingh. Now the agent consoles the manager that how will he save the manager and the factory from the problem named Devisingh. But the opposite happens.

Both the plays left the audience mesmerised.
