First regional interaction among the representatives of various institutions and churches of Madhya Pradesh began on Monday at 9.30 am. It began with a prayer and self introduction followed by the key note address on public relations by Fr Maria Stephen, PRO of MP Region.
In his key note, he stressed the need of PRO in the present context to have multiple talents and six senses to promote networking and communication in and around Catholic Church followed by welcoming the distinguished guests present for one day interaction.
Fr Peter, the PRO of Jalandhar diocese concluded the first section with his experiences of meeting different kinds of people and how to face the crises practically.
After the tea break, the participants went to different groups to discuss the questions on how and why need of communication system and networking in and among our institutions. At the end of this workshop, many new insides to work together to face the challenges are coming from different quarters.
Fr Peter, the moderator drew up guidelines to follow up this interaction which was considered very important and previous to carry out the task of PR Office effectively and intelligently.
There were 65 participants besides a PRO each from nine Diocese: Gwalior, Khandwa, Jhabua, Indore, Bhopal. Sagar, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Satna. The interactive section concluded by 4pm.
