On the instructions of Ujjain Municipal Corporation Commissioner Anshul Gupta, the team of fire fighters of the Indore Municipal Corporation demonstrated the fire extinguishing drill to the students of the Saint Meera Convent School.
The students of the school were alsoexplained how to protect themselves from any incident of fire. The students were also explained by the demonstration how the water and foam is used to extinguish the fire and also the use of fire extinguisher cylinder. Indore municipal corporation is also supporting the noble cause of plantation by the Brahamakumari sasharam Ujjain for the plantation of 1,000 saplings in the Ujjain city for which the Ujjain municipal corporation provided the space in front of traffic police station on MR 02 road.
The UMC employees also dig the land for the plantation which is being done by Brahmakumariasharam and now the Ujjain municipal corporation will name this place as Panchvati.
UMC during the ongoing Amrit Mahaotsavais conducting the Swanidhi project till 12 august and under this program the street vendors will be given the benefit. The street vendor who are newly getting registered will be given the financial help of Rs 10,000 to 20,000.
The street vendors are also being appealed to go for online transaction as much as possible during their whole day business. The street vendors were also informed not to use single use plastic in their day to daybusiness.
