An FIR was lodged against expelled BJP leader and former State Finance Minister Raghavji at the Habibganj police station following the complaint of sodomy that was lodged on Friday.
The police have registered a case against Raghavji and two other persons including Suresh Chouhan and Sher Singh Chouhan under Sections 377, 506 and 34 of the IPC. The victim was sent by the police to hospital for medical examination. It is likely that the accused will be arrested if medical examination report confirms the allegations of sodomy. Earlier, the police recorded statements of Rajkumar Dangi and other persons who had blown the lid of alleged misconduct of the senior Minister.
