The final matches of the ongoing Second Transco Premier Cricket League will be played today at the Pandutal Rampur ground under the auspices of the Power Transmission Company. In the men's category, System Bulls team will face Power Warriors while in the women's category, Power Princess team will face Power Angels.
In the last round league match played today, System Bulls team defeated EHT Giants by 51 runs. Playing first, System Bulls scored 121 runs for 7 wickets, thanks to 47-47 runs from Aminur Rahman and Sameer Jena. In reply, EHT Giants team was all out for 70 runs. Shubham Sikdar scored 29 runs and Saurav scored 15 runs. Ashish Dongre took three wickets for System Bulls. In today's other match, Powers Warriors entered the finals by defeating Testing Titans by 6 wickets. The team of Testing Titans could score 79 runs for 6 wickets in the stipulated overs in which Dilip Thapa scored 31 runs and Chetan Yadav scored 15 runs. In reply, thanks to Prateek's 37 runs, Power Warriors scored the required winning runs by taking four wickets. Premier League coordinator SC Ghosh informed that the final matches will be played on January 13 from 11.00 am.
