The back-to-back shootings of Bollywood films are being carried on on the streets of Bhopal and young aspirants of the city are given an opportunity to work in these films as character and junior artists.
Recently, filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia along with his crew members was shooting in Bhopal. The upcoming Bollywood film Yaara directed by Tigmanshu, features Irrfan Khan, Vidyut Jamwal, Amit Sadh and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles. It is an official remake of the 2011 French film — les lyonnais.
Notably, Shruti Hassan and Vidyut Jamwal along with Tigmanshu Dhulia are in Bhopal. A small part of the film including a song is being shot in Bhopal. Moreover, as many as 15 artists of the city are working as the character artists in the film and more than 25 artists will be seen in the movie as junior artists. Moreover, another shift of auditions will be organised on Thursday for Yaara to select more artists.
Not only this, the shoot for another Bollywood flick —lipstick, under Prakash Jha Productions banner will begin here from October 28. Notably, proper auditions were organised for the city artists in the first week of October.
lipstick is first film to be shot in Bhopal produced by Prakash Jha and directed by Alankrita Shrivastava. Earlier, Prakash Jha has shot back-to-back four movies in Bhopal under his direction.
