A lively and unique interaction on Mother's Day was held on Kala Kabab aur Kisse Facebook handle on Sunday.
The interaction features founder of Parvarish The Museum School Shibani Ghosh, Secretary of Sarokar Society Kumud Singh and Sandhya Soni. All the speakers are from different walks of life. They talked about how its being a mother while working with and for other children. Notably, all the three speakers work with underprivileged children. The interaction was conducted by young poet and playwright Sahil Khan. Mothers have a special place in their children’s lives because of the natural bond that starts from pregnancy and develops through childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
A mother’s involvement with her children is unique and different because there is a strong emotional and social bonding occurring in between.
Bonding with children comes only with a day-to-day unconditional love and care of the family. Shibani Ghosh said, "Everyone infact, every mother loves her kids, but the uniqueness of motherhood is realised when you give same amount of love and care to other children."
Elaborating further, she said, "These kids need love and care and hence, I am also like a mother for each one of them." Kumud Singh said, "Motherhood is the unique gift and every woman rejoice it."
The speakers highlighted the tips of motherhood and how they adopted different motherhood tips while mothering their kids. Later, a performance was also given by a young artist as a tribute to all mothers.
