House of a farmer at Gulmohar Colony under Shahpura police station area was targeted by miscreants on Sunday and the miscreants escaped with Rs 2 lakh cash meant for treatment.
The victim Ajay Pal is a farmer and suffers from kindey ailment and requires dialysis on frequent basis and around Rs 2 lakh cash which was meant for his treatment were stolen from his house.Investigating Officer ASI Harish Gujarbhoj said that the victim was not aware of the stolen cash and tried to find on his own but failed and later lodged a complaint.
The victim claimed that the cash was stolen from July 1 to July 3 and later he asked the family members and domestic help but failed to trace the cash and lodged a complaint. The victim lives at house due to his ailment and on July 1 he kept Rs 2 lakh in the almirah and when he checked on July 3 the cash was found stolen, he added.
The victim is suffering from ailment in kidney and his both kidneys have failed to function and he has to undergo dialysis frequently. He is undergoing treatment at Bansal hospital in Shahpura. The victim lodged complaint on Sunday with the Shahpura police.
