The family members of late Ramdayal Bele are running from pillar to post seeking justice. Demanding arrest of the conspirator in the murder of Bele, his family members have met top officials, but they failed to get anything concrete.
Notably, Bele, posted as Manager in District Trade and Industries Centre, Raisen, was found murdered in Govindpura Industrial Area on August 19, 2015. later, on August 27, the police claimed to have solved the murder case, however, the police officials failed to nab the conspirators.
While talking to ‘The Pioneer’ Ravi Bele, son of late Ramdayal Bele, told that despite having handed over evidences to the police officials, they did not take any action against the culprits.
He hinted that a CD was handed over to the police officials that contained audio of late Bele’s colleague and he (the colleague) was aware of the killers just the next day after the body was recovered.
Wife of the deceased, Shushila Bele, son Ravi and other family members have met Chief Secretary and DGP several times in past one year, but they received only assurances that action would be taken on the suspect Prashant Sahu, a local leader in Raisen.
Ravi alleged that around 15 days before the tragic incident his father had lodged a written complaint with the AJK police station against Prashant Sahu. In the complaint, he clearly noted that Sahu was threatening him for life and forcing him to do some illegal work.
