In a fresh allegation of its kind, Madhya Pradesh Congress on Friday alleged that 110 candidates who were not selected during police constable recruitment examination-2012 have been given appointments.
In a statement, Congress spokesperson KK Mishra said that the State Government had not only declared 110 ineligible candidates selected, but also appointed them in the State police. These candidates are still in job. This is the situation, when the State Government has assigned the investigation in the MP Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) scam to the Special task Force (STF).
Mishra said during the BJP regime, the recruitment process through MPPEB was ridiculed and added that the names of the selected candidates and appointed candidates are available with him.
He sought to know from Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan whether this is the rule of law in the State, where talented candidates remain out of the Government jobs and ineligible get recruited with the help of touts.
He alleged that no work is getting done in his Government without underhand dealing, but Chouhan in public meetings claimed that he did not face any allegations of corruption.
