Failure does not mean the end of the world, but it teaches to get successful in life in a unique way,” says motivational speaker Rachna Shrivastava.
Rachana Shrivastava is a motivational speaker, live coach and healer. Rachna, with an aim to inspire the young generation of the country to move ahead and get successful in life, takes lectures and healing sessions across the country. She was here in the State capital on Tuesday and interacted with the students of Bal Bhavan School on ‘How to become Mindful Personalities, Mindful leaders.’ She interacted with the high school students there. Noticeably, this was her first motivational lecture in the city.
Rachna beginning with her motivational lecture said, “India today needs great leaders who can spin head the country towards great success and power. I believe that there is a huge loop hole in this matter and it is becoming difficult for the youngsters to decide whom to follow.” While giving examples of great leaders like Mahatma Gandhi and Martin luther King, Rachna said, “I observe that there no such leaders in politics, education, industry, corporate, and even at home to help a teenager grow him better, from whom a kid can take an inspiration.
This session was for the students to inspire them to become strong mindful persons as God wanted us to be. Parents also play a vital role in building up the personality of the child. As a human being and as an adult it is my duty to motivate them towards the right and this was the motive behind this lecture,” she added. Further, while talking to The Pioneer Rachna said, “Though I take lectures in organisations, schools and colleges, this was my first experience interacting with the students of the city which was wonderful.” Notably, earlier she has taken four motivational sessions with the high school students at Delhi.
