An exhibition-cum-sale will be put up during the budget session by various departments and institutions on the Vidhan Sabha premises. The first session of the exhibition will begin from February 18 to 27 and the second session of the exhibition will be put up from March 11 to 27. Under the exhibition, the handmade and handicraft pieces will be displayed.
Interestingly, these pieces have been prepared by the tribals, artists from Schedule Castes, self-help groups and some prisoners. Energy department will display solar energy products, textile department will display silk material, jute materials will be displayed by handicraft and handloom department.
A minor forest will be displayed by forest department. Further various medical facilities, information about home remedies of various diseases will also be given by the doctors and vaids during the exhibition. Moreover, materials of Mrignayaness emporium will also be on display.
