It is often seen that painters work on a particular pattern, but I have explained my views through different patterns and forms,” said an eminent artist Awdhesh Vajpai.
Awadhesh has displayed his work across the country and his paintings are appreciated by the art lovers. Now, he is all set to put up his next painting exhibition at Rangdarshini Art Gallery, Bharat Bhavan. The exhibition would begin from Tuesday and would be on view till April 21.

While talking about his paintings, Awadhesh said, “I have mostly worked on nature. Basically, it is a relationship between nature and the society.” Elaborating further he said, “As painting is one of the medium for the artist to express his inner voice and perceptions towards life, it also showcases the love of the artists towards the vibrant colours they paint on the canvas. This is the reason, I have not used any particular pattern and have worked on almost four patterns of painting and have expressed my views according to it.”
The viewers could find modern form of painting including abstract, semi-abstract and even figurative forms altogether, under one roof. The artist has brought a single concept in different forms through different media. His brush moves on the canvas according to his wish and his perceptions and so he does not allow his artistic view to follow a single track.
The art lovers would get the pleasure to watch as many as 50 paintings of Awadhesh. “I have displayed the work of my last 10 years and out of 400 paintings I have selected 50 paintings to be diaplsyed at my solo exhibition,” he added contentedly.
