The position which BHEl has achieved today is the result of the selfless contribution of its employees, opined DK Thakur Executive Director BHEl Bhopal while addressing the employees at the Management Employee Communication Meeting held at Cultural Hall, Piplani in association with Human Resource Development Centre BHEl Bhopal.
On this occasion, M Isadore General Manager (HR), SM Ramanathan General Manager (P&D, IT), all general managers, Amitabh Dubey AGM (HRD) and employees in large number were present.
The Management Employee Communication meeting started in Bhopal in the 70s, is now in operation in most of the public sector organisations as well as the private sector companies.
During the meeting Thakur along with the respective product managers answered the queries raised by the employees, assuring the employees of bringing their suggestion into practice.
The theme of the programme has been chosen keeping in view the ECS (Execution, Consolidation and Simplification) objective of Atul Sobti CMD (BHEl).
Earlier, Isadore welcoming all the guest threw light on the objective of MECOM. He further said that we all should try to reap maximum benefits from this type of forum.
Addressing the gathering Ramanathan gave a presentation on the organisations Roadmap-2022. He further said the BHEl’s contribution in the growth of the country has been exemplary.
On this occasion the best executive, supervisor and worker of the quarter were also felicitated. KV Padmaja coordinated the programme and Dubey proposed the vote of thanks.
