Additional Chief Secretary for Energy Iqbal Singh Bains said the workers of all the three electric distribution companies will be rewarded on the basis of annual performance. He mentioned that the vacant posts will be filled by preparing time table.
He was addressing the review meeting of all the three distribution companies. Principal Secretary Energy ICP Keshri, Managing Director MP Power management Company Sanjay Kumar Shukla, Managing Director Madhya Kshetra Vidhyut Vitran Company Vivek Porwal and other officers were present.
Bains added that uninterrupted power supply to the consumers is the top priority of the state government. He said that basic difficulties of the power companies will be eradicated. While expressing pleasure over the programme ‘Sankalp’ to give high tension connection online, he said that information technology will be promoted in the companies for the welfare of the consumers. Also, presentation as regard to online application under the Mukhya Mantri Sthai Pump Yojna (Chief Minister’s permanent pump scheme) scheduled to begin from next month was given in the meeting. This system is prepared by the Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company will be implemented in its ideal form.
The Additional Chief Secretary Bains also reviewed the activities of MP Power management Company and MP Power Transmission Company He also directed the officials for the expansion in facilities being provided to the consumers.
