The School education department has decided to monitor the court cases online. For the online procedure with the help of NIC, there is a separate online tracking system.
The tracking system would be helpful for the department in dealing the cases that are pending in the courts against the department. This would help in getting reply or know the status of cases regarding appeal that will be submitted online in this software.
Only on one click, the officials would be able to know the detailed information regarding the cases and the senior officials can take any further action. It will provide the clear picture of the case and also it will reflect the works of the officers concerned dealing the case.
If the officers acted casually in court cases and gave result against the department, the department officials can decide as what action should be taken against such officers.
There are several cases pending in the court in which there is delay in submitting the reply or submitting the facts without taking the cases seriously. With this, the departmental officers present lame excuses. Now, through online system, this software will provide all the useful details of cases till it commencement to the end with the dates. If there is any delay in the cell or any careless from the officer concerned, then the action will be taken against him.
Deputy Secretary of Schools has instructed District Education Officer and all District Planning Organisers about the online tracking system. They have also been asked to register all the pending court cases in the online portal by January 31.
