leader of Opposition in the State Assembly Ajay Singh said that each Congress party worker is willing to be jailed protesting and raising problems of people, like Congress MlA Jitu Patwari.
Ajay Singh said that the swift action taken by the Government proves his claims are right that the state has two types of law and applicable for different people in different manner.
Congress MlA Jitu Patwari was sent to jail after his bail was rejected by ADJ Suresh Singh in a 10-year-old case. On December 13, 2007, Patwari had staged protest at Khudel police station demanding road construction. Police registered case against him for obstructing police from discharging their duties. Initially case was registered in Indore and later it transferred to the FastTrack Court.
In the protest demanding construction of roads around 10 years ago a case was registered against Jitu Patwari. In the public life politicians have to organize agitations for public welfare and for this purpose of legal action has to be faced each and every Congress party worker is ready.
In the case of action against Jitu Patwari only demean character surfaces of BJP government as in the case of arrest warrant issued by court against lal Sigh Arya was never executed, no action was taken against PWD minsister Rampal Singh even after having evidences in Preeti Raghuvanshi suicide case but in the case of Jitu Patwari ill feelings of government were exposed.
He further added that Congressmen respect court and ready to be jailed and BJP government could conspire whatever they want but their every possible effort would fail against Congress.
