In Madhya Pradesh, e-registration of documents through ‘Sampada’ software has been made mandatory from August 1, 2015. In the process, only system generated e-stamp is used. Inspector General Registration has given some tips to test validity of e-Stamps presented in public offices.‘Department of Registration and Stamps’ is printed in small lines on entire background of e-Stamp. Madhya Pradesh’s logo is also in its middle part. On making photo copies and scanning, these marks get fade out or invisible. This mark on the document comes from optical water mark engine when e-Stamp is generated through computer.
