Habibganj police have registered a case of assault and threatening against husband of DSP Neha Pachisia’s husband after he came to meet at house and scuffled with her on Sunday.
DSP Pachisia, posted at Police Headquarters in Bhopal, was assaulted by her husband Kunal Joshi when he came to meet twins from their marriage on Sunday. The DSP is living at Char Imli with her children after having a fight with her husband who she claims to be a habitual drinker.
Kunal claimed that she came to meet children where Neha started fight over the matter of visit. During this, the husband pushed the DSP and her head hit the wall. The DSP escaped with minor injuries and made a complaint and on the complaint police have registered a case of assault and threatening against the accused husband.
Police said that DSP Neha Pachisia has twins and husband Kunal Joshi came home on Sunday evening to meet them but the couple started arguing over visiting the house. During this Kunal scuffled and hit Neha's head on the wall.
Kunal Joshi lives in the Chola Mandir area. Neha alleged that Kunal is addicted to drugs while he said that he had gone to meet the children and Neha is making false allegations. Both married in the year 2019 and the divorce case is in the court.
Meanwhile, Piplani police have arrested a miscreant who sexually assaulted and exploited a 32-year-old married woman in Piplani area.
The victim in her complaint stated that harassed by her husband she started living lone and became friends with her neighbour him who sexually abused her for three years on the pretext of marriage and later refused. Pawan Srivas the accused has been arrested and started further investigation.
