Following the transfer the HOD of pathology department of GR medical college Dr Bharat Jain has disappeared for the last 60 days after locking his chamber.
In spite of the orders of the dean, he has not given his charge to the other doctor. The Government has transferred Jain to Sagar medical college. After getting the transfer orders the Dean GRMC relieved Dr Jain and ordered him to give the charge within 48 hours. But Dr Jain has neither joined his duty in Sagar medical college nor given her charge compliance the order of the Dean. Several departmental books of pathology department are kept in locked room in the chamber.
The medical council of India had conducted inspection in which the GRMC management could not present departmental book to him. At this MCI expressed anger. The CR related files of the employees are also kept in the chamber due to which the promotion of the employees is held up. The experts of pathology department conducted enquiry of the disease of cancer by Flosito meter machine, but now the machine is not being used. Jain was transferred to Sagar medical college on August 7, this year. Dr Jain approached the court to get his transfer cancel, but the single bench and double bench have rejected his petition.
