Doraha police nabbed absconding criminal for selling weapons

Published on:

An absconding criminal carrying award of Rs5000 on his arrest was selling weapons since last one and a half year in the vicinity of the same police station from where he was declared absconded.

The Doraha police are making new revelations from last two weeks, first it paraded half a dozen accused before the media last week with same number of weapons claiming that the policemen have  recovered these weapons by putting their lives in danger.

The police also informed that besides the arrested accused one Balbeer Dangi is absconding. After one week, the Doraha police produced Dangi before the media and informed that he is a notorious criminal and was absconding since last one and a half year in a loot case and that he carries an award of Rs5000 on his arrest.

The police theory comes under suspicion because if Dangi was absconder then howcome he was selling weapons in the area and why no action was taken against him despite the fact that award on his arrest was announced long back. In any case the police have patted its back by producing Dangi before the media.  While Dangi expressed his anguish before the media by saying that whatever police says is correct, actually Dangi said this in reply to a question by media , that ‘where is your village Kasarkhedi located and were you detained from there by the policeIJ’

Actually the police have claimed that on getting tip that Dangi who is an absconder would visit his native village Kasarkhedi to see his newborn baby. Acting on the tipoff the Additional Superintendent of Police Amit Saxena constituted a team that was led by SDOP Avnish Bansal besides TI DS Chouhan, Shyampur Chowki in-charge Urmila Chowdhry and others and raided the premises of Dangi on Thursday and successfully arrested him with 12 bore gun, three live cartilages, a pistol, two live cartilages, a motorcycle that is alleged to be of theft were seized from his possession.

The police theory is under suspicion due to many points that police failed to clarify.
