Chhola Mandir police have booked a BDS doctor for sexually assaulting and exploiting a 32-year-old woman BDS doctor for two years at Abinav Homes at Ayodhyay Bypass area; victim lodged a complaint in Ujjain and later case was transferred to Chhola Mandir police.
Police said that the accused Dr Siddharth Dixit used to work with the victim doctor during which they developed relationship and later she was sexually assaulted.
Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 376 (2) (N) and 506 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
According to the police, the victim was sexually exploited in the name of marriage for two year and when she requested for marriage the accused denied. Victim lodged a complaint with the Ujjain police and where a case of zero FIR was launched and case was transferred to Chhola Mandir police. The accused exploited her in the name of marriage and when she used to request for marriage the accused used to escape with different excuses.
The accused took video of victim in comprising position and later forced her to develop relationship with her. The accused went absconding and search for the accused has been started. Past criminal record of the accused would be searched.
Meanwhile, Bagh Sewania police have booked a miscreant for sexually exploiting a 17-year-old minor girl was for the past six months in the name of marriage.
The victim came into contact with the accused Shailendra Jatav around six months ago. She was sexually exploited for six months and later refused to marry her. Police have registered case and started investigation.
