The victim had met the accused during a birthday party, later they developed friendship and started meeting each other.
During this, the accused proposed marriage to the victim. The victim lives separately from her husband. Because of this the victim agreed to marry. Recently, when the victim pressured her for marriage, the accused turned hostile. The arrest of the accused has not been done yet.
SI Sonali Chauhan told that the 32-year-old female theatre artist lives at her mother's house in Neelbad. The woman has a 12 year old daughter and is divorced. At a friend's birthday party, she met Raj Bihari Sharma (30), a resident of Ratibad, who works as a driver. Conversation started between the two and started meeting. During this, Kamlesh proposed marriage to the victim. She accepted the offer as the woman was divorced from her husband.
After this, the accused Kamlesh started coming to the house of the woman in Neelbad on the pretext of meeting. During this, the accused made relations with the woman several times at her house. After a long time, when the woman asked for marriage, the accused started avoiding her.
When the woman pressurized for marriage, the accused Kamlesh turned hostile. After this, the woman has registered a case against the accused.
