District administration team raided a dilapidated abandoned government quarter in the Smart City area in front of Platinum Plaza in South TT Nagar and seized 64 cooking gas cylinders, during the action four gas refilling machines, two bikes and a car were also seized while one person was nabbed by the police from the spot.
On Tuesday, a haul of domestic gas cylinders was found in a damaged government quarter located in the Smart City area of the capital Bhopal. SDM-Tehsildar raided and seized 64 cylinders. Gas refilling business was going on in this quarter.
The illegally operated business was operated from government quarters in the Smart City area TT Nagar.
SDM Sanjay Srivastava and Tehsildar Avinash Mishra got information that there is a stock of domestic gas cylinders in a broken quarter and gas is being refilled in cars illegally. After this the SDM and Tehsildar reached the spot along with the team. The team was surprised after spotting the stock of cylinders in the quarter. Cylinders were kept all around in the quarter.
Tehsildar Mishra said that here Muzaffar Ali and his companions do gas refilling. Leaving Muzaffar, the rest of his companions fled from the spot. A total of 64 cylinders have been seized from here. At the same time, one car, four machines and two bikes have also been found.
Gas cylinders and refilling machines have also been found during the operation.
During this action of the district administration, the team of police and food department also reached.
Tehsildar Mishra said that after seized cylinders, cars, bikes and refilling machines from the spot, they were handed over to the food department. Further action will be taken by the team of the Food Department. Later, the district administration took this action, and there are also complete arrangements for stay there.
